This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may return products purchased from us or request refunds for services rendered. 2. Product Returns

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

You may return most products purchased from Ghexoranshvorbux within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is in its original condition and packaging
  • The product has not been used, planted, or modified
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • The product is not a live plant or perishable item (see Section 2.2)

2.2 Live Plants and Perishable Items

Due to the nature of live plants and perishable items, we have special return conditions for these products:

  • Live plants must be inspected upon delivery and any issues reported within 48 hours
  • Plants that arrive damaged or dead will be replaced or refunded at our discretion
  • We cannot accept returns of live plants that have been planted or kept for more than 7 days
  • Perishable gardening supplies such as fertilizers and soil amendments cannot be returned once opened
  • Seasonal plants and bulbs must be returned before the planting season begins

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-designed garden layouts and plans
  • Personalized or made-to-order items
  • Gift cards and store credits
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Digital products and downloadable content
  • Products that have been used, planted, or modified

3. Return Process

3.1 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and reason for the return
  • Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible
  • Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
  • Ship the item to our designated return address

3.2 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to:

  • Our error in fulfilling the order
  • Defective or damaged products
  • Products that do not match their description

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

3.3 Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 5-7 business days. We will notify you via email about the status of your return and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Please note that items must pass our quality inspection to be eligible for a refund.

4. Refunds

4.1 Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

  • Credit card refunds will be credited to the same card used for purchase
  • Debit card refunds will be returned to the same account
  • Cash or check payments will be refunded by check
  • Store credit may be offered as an alternative at your request

4.2 Refund Timing

Refund processing times vary depending on the payment method:

  • Credit cards: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Debit cards: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Checks: 10-15 business days for mailing and processing
  • Store credit: Issued immediately upon approval

4.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window (at our discretion)
  • Items with missing parts or accessories
  • Items showing signs of use or wear
  • Items returned without original packaging

5. Service Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Design Consultation Services

For our design consultation services:

  • Consultations may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee
  • No-shows will not be eligible for refunds
  • Rescheduling is available at no additional charge with 24 hours notice

5.2 Installation Services

For our installation and maintenance services:

  • Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered
  • Work in progress cannot be refunded
  • Completed projects may be eligible for adjustments within 14 days if results do not meet agreed specifications
  • Seasonal service contracts may be cancelled with 30 days written notice

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please follow our standard return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and allows you to receive your new item as quickly as possible. If the exchange is due to our error, we will cover the shipping costs for both the return and the new shipment.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
  • Do not dispose of the item or packaging until we have reviewed your claim
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at our discretion
  • For live plants, we may request additional information about storage and care conditions

8. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Orders cancelled before shipping will receive a full refund
  • Orders cancelled after shipping must follow our standard return process
  • Custom or special orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or our website

9. Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift:

  • You may return the item for store credit equal to the current retail price
  • Gift receipts are accepted as proof of purchase
  • Cash refunds for gifts are not available
  • The gift giver will not be notified of your return

10. International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Items must be returned within 45 days of delivery
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or fees
  • Refunds will be issued in US dollars to the original payment method
